Resolve, Resolutions and Relationships
Resolve: to find a solution to a problem; to be firmly determined to do something
Resolution: the quality of being determined or to have purposefulness
Relationship: the way in which two or more concepts, objects or people are connected
These three beginning of the year Kundalini Yoga classes reference the relationship we have with our resolution. Be it our New Year’s Resolution or just our firm determination or purposefulness, what is our relationship to the activities or qualities we aim for.
Flat out, your relationship with all things must come from your highest self, that self that is informed by and serves your God, whoever and however your God explains itself to you. If your expression comes from this aspect of yourself, you will succeed.
Your best support group is your very own Authentic Self.

From the Apple Head, Soldier of Love himself,
“We’re on a mission in the everlasting light that shines,
A revelation of the Truth in chapters of our minds
We’re gonna shake it and break it up.
We’re sharing light brighter than the sun.
We’re here to stimulate, eliminate and congregate.
Illuminate!
We are here to change the world.”
I love you MJ
