Sound Cradle Hammock Workshop

Sunday at 6:30pm join us for a sound cradle experience unlike anything offered on island. Enjoy the feeling of floating over sound and vibrations while being cocooned in the hammock, or for those wanting to experience the bath through the crown chakra, Morina will assist you with inversions to complement your journey. Become totally immersed in sound, color, shapes and or travel to another plain with guided meditation.

This is a special class that is not part of normal passes. There is a 24 cancellation/no show policy fee if cancelled in under 24 hours of class. You must reserve class online prior to class beginning.
