This session begins with a brief introduction to mindfulness, followed by focused breathing exercises and gentle awareness practices. You’ll be guided to observe thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment, building resilience and clarity.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reset.
