New Moon Meditation Event

There is something beautiful about having LIVE music be a part of your practice. Every New Moon, The Courtyard will hold a very special evening event from 6-8:00 pm.  A Meditation lead by Amritpal, with a LIVE DJ infusing the sacred sounds of St. Croix own DJ CC Flava. The healing vibrations of crystal bowls, the evolving roar of the gong, and heartbeat of the drum, coming together to give a new moon meditation experience we all need right now in these crazy times.
