This meditation class leads you through the steps to deepen your meditation practice and learn the sacred technology of Mudra. Join us for a hour of meditation with mudra that you can take with you to develop your meditation practice as a beginner. For those that have held a meditation practice for many years, this is a opportunity to practice with other dedicated meditators. When we sit with others in our meditation practice the group energy allows for us to cultivate the parts of the mind and support, we would not otherwise access.
