This class is a mixture of yoga, pilates and acrobatics designed to promote flexibility, increase upper body and core strength and improve spinal health by decompressing the spine. Set to music, this fun and engaging class will challenge you but won’t feel like exercise. This class is for those who are still working on inversions and climbing. Longer leggings are recommended.
