Hatha yoga incorporates asana, pranayama,  and meditation to build strength, awareness, and relaxation. Poses are held for a few breaths in order to increase body awareness and release tension in the energetic and physical body. Slow flowing movements will circulate and revitalize energy before and after holding a pose. Hatha yoga promotes healing and wellness, brings balance to the body and mind, and awakens the spirit.
