When students attend a class with me they can expect an alignment-based practice focused around breath and postural integrity. Throughout class I will work with students to build body awareness, flexibility, strength and purposeful breath and functional movement patterns.  I’ll guide students through familiar shapes and new postures meant to challenge their body and inspire their mind to inquire more deeply. I teach Vinyasa style classes and sometimes pause class to give demonstrations meant to educate, deepen and enhance each students’ yoga experience. Mixed in with Vinyasa students can also expect inspiration from Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and the Anusara method.
