Start your day with this all-levels flow class. We’ll start slow to connect to our breath and get into our bodies and then build to a moderately-paced flow to generate some heat while maintaining healthy alignment and body awareness as we link the breath with movement. Ending with cooling and restorative poses will help to balance out the body and mind so you can leave feeling refreshed and ready for your day.
