THIS 60-MINUTE CLASS COMBINES SLOW, MINDFUL VINYASA + HATHA-INSPIRED FLOWS. IT HAS BEEN CREATED TO BUILD YOUR YOGA FOUNDATION WITH INTENTIONAL AND CREATIVE SEQUENCING. WE'LL FOCUS ON BREATH AND BUILDING HEAT. THE INTENT OF THIS CLASS IS TO SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY THE POWER AND ENERGY OF EACH POSE TO BUILD UPON YOUR MIND, BODY & SOUL CONNECTION. SET TO A CALMING + SOULFUL PLAYLIST.
