In this class you will be guided through a detailed meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive a deep rest and restore from within in this healing practice.
This slow moving class targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for longer periods of time with the assistance of blocks, straps, and bolsters.Yin compliments the more active classes offered at The Courtyard by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This practice is great for all levels and those recovering from injury.
