Class is a 45 minute power cardio, strength training flow class. This class is for students looking to be challenged as it will be physically demanding and also those looking for an intense workout with limited time on their hands in the morning. We will be using weights but they are optional. The entire flow will be completed in about 30mins with a short shavasana to finish. Please bring water and a towel w you, you’ll need them. Shower is available after class if needed!
